1. During the use of pulverizing equipment, there should be fixed personnel responsible for the care, and the operators must have a certain technical level. Before the installation of the mill, the operator must carry out the necessary technical training to make it understand the principle and performance of the mill and be familiar with the operating procedures.

2. In order to make the milling equipment normal, the equipment "equipment maintenance and safe operation system" should be formulated to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding accessories should be provided.

3. After the pulverizing equipment is used for a period of time, it should be overhauled. At the same time, the wearing parts such as grinding roller, grinding ring, shovel blade and other vulnerable parts should be overhauled and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully checked before and after use to see if there is any looseness and whether sufficient lubricating grease is added.

4. When the grinding roller device is used for more than 500 hours to replace the grinding roller, the rolling bearings in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time. The refueling tools can be used with manual refueling pump and grease gun.
